The rental contracts include:

The Rent, charges, and provisions, namely:

• the monthly rent of the apartment,
• the call for fixed charges (co-ownership charges, EDF subscription, gas subscription if applicable, internet/TV subscription),
• provisions for consumption (EDF and gas if applicable) and taxes.
• the mandatory end-of-contract cleaning

The Security Deposit:

• A security deposit equal to 2 months' rent excluding charges is required for any furnished rental contract.

The Agency Commission:

For rentals that do not constitute the tenant's primary residence, the fees are the responsibility of the tenant:

• Rental of more than 3 months to 6 months inclusive: 20% of the total rent for the period

• Rental of more than 3 months to 6 months inclusive: 20% of the total rent for the period
• Rental of 7 months to 8 months inclusive: 17% of the total rent for the period
• Rental of 9 months and more: 14% of the total rent for the period (within the 12-month rent ceiling)

For Residential Leases:

The fees are partially the responsibility of the tenant and partially the responsibility of the owner under the following conditions:

• Fees for the tenant: 12 € (+ 3€ for the inventory) / m2
• Fees for the owner: 8% of the rent amount (added to the tenant's fees)
